With direct involvement in multi-million dollar device programs, he not only continually stressed the importance of constant review, data-based decision making and effective communications, but he also taught people how to hone and heed their intuition.
Randy's objective is to be an extension of his clients' resources, providing them with essential information about each candidate so that the next logical step is an interview.
