Quality Manager

Our client is in metals manufacturing and looking for a talented Quality Manager for one of their North Carolina facilities.  This position will touch every component of the QS from Vendor Approval to Incoming Inspection to SPC and writing/revising of SOP’s.  You will, daily, be involved as a customer advocate but never lose sight of your responsibility to the company’s success.  When we asked the VP of Quality what keeps him there he said, “The continuous opportunity to grow and the moral fiber of the company.”

This is not a role where you’ll be pigeonholed.  The Hiring Manager held innumerable job titles before becoming the VP of Quality because he wanted to experience the breadth of the business and says that anyone who wants to grow is going to be given the same opportunity.  The product addresses the needs of automotive, appliance, outdoor power equipment, and industrial applications with components that deliver exceptional value.  If you are a QE or Sr. QE ready for that next step in your growth, or a manager ready for your next challenge we should talk.
